“everyone has insecurities”

I was just watching what not to wear with my parents and one of them said that “everyone has insecurities” and that was like the big theme of this show.  And out of kind of no where my mom asked me what my insecurities were.  I had to dodge the question like three times before I could make it upstairs cause how depressing would it be to hear that your daughter is insecure about everything.

went on a run today, it was significantly better than yesterday’s.  I haven’t ran in like three weeks, so I’ve just got to get started again.  I’m glad I’m back in the swing of things tough.

I’m ALIVE!!!

so I just got back from Holland for 10 days, and am almost over the jetlag.  WOOHOO.  Because of that trip though, I completely threw my diet and fitness out the window.  I was planning on going running tomorrow for the first time in a while, do some abs and such, the usual, kind of a light day.  I was hoping to start the 30 day shred on the first, but first I need to figure out what my plan is with work and such for the summer.  I have a date on Wednesday, which is weird because I’ve only been on like three dates.  Anyway, that is what I have been up to, just thought I’d let you  all know I still am alive (:
